What inspired you to pursue a Scottsdale boudoir session?

My first thought was for my husband's 50th birthday. I wanted to give him something he would never forget and something completely out of the usual. After booking and in anticipation of the shoot, I realized I was doing this for me. I have had self-image issues as many of us do, and I wanted to show myself my body is my own and damn sexy. I also wanted to prove to myself I could do something like this. I am so glad I made the move to do this.

Miss M. had been in our VIP group for over a year. She was recommended by someone who's done two shoots with us. She's wanted to do a shoot like this for a while and needed to build up the courage to go for it. Well — She won our Giveaway in February and was met head on by some of her fears. A new season in her life that was filled with uncertainty but unapologetic love for herself and her body. She embraced it. As it provided her relief that sometimes doing the best we can do really is enough. Her session and time with us was so beautiful as is she.

Some might say that she was lucky to win our giveaway but reality is we are lucky to have HER.

So many woman find themselves here — not sure if they’ll ever be able to accept their new bodies after children, and then one day you wake up, realize that you are 40, and decide enough is enough.

Refuse to keep hiding your body — uncage yourself, let yourself be seen, and realize your beauty. Self love should be unconditional. It’s time to say I WANT TO LOVE MYSELF AGAIN, then do it!

That’s exactly what Miss B. did the moment she stepped into our boudoir studio and I am so glad she did! Because, this woman is beautiful inside and out, deserves to be celebrated, and I couldn’t have been more honored to be trusted as her boudoir photographer.

All I can say is WOW! What a babe! This girls boudoir shoot in The ***new*** Grey Room was fire!

For a hot second she had me fooled. Going into it she was a little self conscious. She worried that she wouldn’t know how to pose and that she would look awkward in her boudoir photos. But as long as she trusted me, I wasn’t worried. She was going into this for all of the right reasons. She was ready in that its about time what are we waiting for kind of way. She needed this and I knew she was going to nail it!

What I didn’t know was that she was going to be tossing hair, laughing, and feeling herself before the warm up even barely started! And, I’ll take that kind of energy any day!
